Field of Application:
Epoxy electic insulation powder coating is mainly used for the painting of metal substrates such as busbar ,rotor, stator, transformer, magnet wire etc, which has high demand on the insulation.
It can be applied to the hot dip coating process. Firstly, heat the coated workpiece to a temperature above the melting point, and then dip and apply powder. After the powder adheres to the surface of the heated workpiece, it begins to melt and flow, and then solidifies and adheres to the surface of the coated object to form a smooth, continuous and uniform coating. The coating can effectively wrap the plane, turning foot and even concave convex points of the coated object.

Pack in box with net weight 20 or 25kg.
